1. Returns Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns for custom or special order items may not be accepted unless defective.

3. Refunds

  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special orders (unless defective)

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
